About Southern Air Pros

Our team grows every year and includes veterans, firefighters and a retired business owner. We are proud that each member of Southern Air Pros demonstrates a dedication to our customers, our community and each other.

The Cofounders, Zora and William have been happily married for more than 12 years. Zora is a naturalized Citizen who immigrated from Hungary more than 20 years ago and she stays mostly in the background handling the office side of Southern Air Pros. William, who spent 6 years as a sailor in the US Navy as an Advanced Electronics Technician and spent a couple of decades in the HVAC industry, handles the field side of the operation.

    • First – Maintain your heating and cooling equipment to be efficient and safe for as long as practical,
    • Second – to only recommend common sense repairs when needed and
    • Third – provide options when it does become necessary to replace your equipment.

Because our professional Technicians are not paid a commission, SPIFF or bonus for sales numbers or upgrades like thermostats and filter systems, you will know that our recommendations are always in your best interest.

Our goal is to ensure that each time we are invited into your home or business you are comfortable in that decision.  We strive to provide you with the best possible products, service and people for your investment.  When you are comfortable, only then, we can say we are done.

We love our customers and they love us.

The above list says it all! Bill is very conscientious, very responsive and is always willing to answer inquiries and technical questions. He is courteous, prompt, arrives at the time scheduled. He installed a new A-coil and condenser for us, and we so appreciate how hard he worked to make it all as perfect as possible! It was not an easy install!

Bill responded quickly, had excellent product knowledge to assist in selecting the right A/C unit at the right price, and did a quality installation. But perhaps the key point for me is that Bill is trustworthy. With the large HVAC companies in Atlanta (and I've used them) you just don't have that level of trust anymore. I waited 6 months before posting to ensure all was as expected. Great Job! Recommend highly!

They are quick to answer my call and very thorough with their service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Very professional, knowledgeable. Quality work. Always on time, friendly. Job site cleaned after work performed. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Bill is wonderful! Probably the nicest person to come out and help me with my heating problems and explain exactly what he did and what needed to be done. He is incredibly friendly and personable which ends up making him extremely trust worthy, which means a lot for me. I know I will be contacting him again in the spring for my A/C issues!
