At our core, “giving back” is who we are, and one of the many reasons Southern Air Pros is different. As a company, we support many local charities and organizations. It’s also what our team members do on their own time.

A message to all Southern Air Pro. Customers:

All of us at Southern Air Pros care about the customers we serve and want to share our approach to providing services during these trying times. With the current situation surrounding Covid-19, we understand your concerns when contacting a service provider. Southern Air Pros is taking proactive measures to protect our community, our families and our team. Below is an outline of the steps we are currently taking to keep everyone as safe as possible.

  1. Follow all CDC and WHO protocols as closely as possible.
  2. All team members are required to check their temperature each morning. If it is above 100F, they are not to report for work until cleared of Corvid19 by a qualified professional.
  3. All service personnel will clean hands thoroughly between each service call.
  4. Avoid physical contact (handshaking, petting of animals, etc.).
  5. Wear gloves.
  6. Always have access to a N95 mask.
  7. All team members will wash their hands at every opportunity, such as stopping for gas, bathroom breaks, before and after meals, etc…
  8. Be smart, be safe.

We only ask if anyone in your home is sick that you let us know so we can take the appropriate precautions.

With a fluid situation like this, our approach to safety will be ever changing.
