Working with Southern Air Pros was a great experience. The schedulers in the office and the technician Andrew were courteous and professional, everything was thorough and on the level. Glad to have my furnace back up and running! The next time I need HVAC work they will be my first call.

Dakota was great. He made sure you understood what was going on and also relied upon co-workers to figure out the issue. He wasn’t just out to take our money, as he wanted to make sure what needed to be replaced really needed to be. Which is a great reflection on the company. Southern Air Pros installed a new system for us 2 years ago and it performed flawlessly until several days ago. Performance on the unit wasn’t up to par and they sent a tech out – turns out it was a rare issue with one of the dampers. The addressed the issue and tuned our system at no charge. It’s nice to interface with a business that stands by their work and has great customer service!
